I'm not sure which is more surprising: the fact that the new Star Trek movie was fantastic or the discovery that Microsoft's new, "free" operating system (Windows 7 Release Candidate) is fast, stable, and just plain fun to use. // Who is Chantie Sirktry?

Wait, Windows 7 is floating around free somewhere?

Yes! The release candidate is free for the next year, and it's well worth the download. I've installed it on several computers, and it's blazingly fast on all of them. This *almost* makes up for Vista and Windows ME.
